After researching a reverse mortgage on the internet, we were put in touch with Greg who generously answered all our questions and concerns. At no time did we feel any pressure to sign up to a particular product.

We contacted Greg who came to see us to work out if we could afford to continue holding our holiday spot at a beach caravan park after rates nearly tripled. We could not do that on a pension. After Greg obtained a reverse mortgage for us, we were able to that as well as spend six weeks each winter in Northern Queensland.

We have just come back from our first cruise, 28 days around Australia and we have booked a cruise for New Zealand next year.

Before we started looking, we talked to the family who were all in favour.

God willing, we will continue for the next 3 to 5 years doing the same. We now look forward to something every day.

Like most people over 60 I was asset rich, however, I found myself struggling each pension day to merely cover the bills, Affording essential maintenance on my home or . Happily, Greg came to my rescue with a reverse mortgage package. Nothing was too much trouble for Greg and every question I asked was answered in words I could understand.

Thanks to Greg I now have enough funds in the bank to ensure that I will have a much more comfortable retirement. At last the renovations are in progress, and, even better, there is enough over for me to take that holiday to France and Italy!

Bridging Loan

Refinance and Wealth Creation

Chris and I really appreciated Greg's matter of fact approach to sorting out our finances. Greg patiently went through various options available when we needed to refinance and extend our loans. He was able to clearly set out pros and cons of various financial packages and listened to our preferences in regards to accessibility and previous use.

Greg spent a lot of time asking questions to establish our financial position and our ability to repay loans whilst maintaining our desired lifestyle. In the end, Greg made a difficult job easy!
